7. Cancelling an Order
If you want to cancel your order, contact Rana Mobile Master as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests are easier to process before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal cancellation process.
8. Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched
If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive the order and follow the applicable return process instead of cancelling it directly.
Any refund or return will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Cancellation by Rana Mobile Master
Rana Mobile Master reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:
